You can order securely from our online shop or you may order using fax or mail.

How can I order online?

Click on the Shop button to the left or click here. This will take you to the shopping page where you can search or browse through our online catalog and add items into your shopping cart.

May I order by fax or mail?

Yes, to download an order form right click here and select 'Save Target As...' and save the file to your computer.

The file is an Adobe Acrobat Portable Document File (PDF) which requires a program call Acrobat to view it. If you do not have Acrobat, you can download a free viewer from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

How do I order by phone?

We are happy to receive phone orders. If calling from Australia, place your order on 08 8892 2549 during business hours from 9:00am - 5.30pm (Central Standard Time). If calling from outside Australia phone us on +61 8 8892 2549 during the above mentioned hours.

How do I know you have received my order?

At Saltbush, we want your shopping experience to be fun and hassle free and we will e-mail you on the next working day after your order is received to confirm that we have received it.

How can I pay for my purchase?

Credit Card - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express cards - goods will be dispatched on the following working day after we receive payment.

Australian money order - Made out to Saltbush Clothing Company - goods will be dispatched on the following working day after we receive payment.

Sorry, but we do not accept international cheques or money orders. All prices are in Australian dollars. If you are from outside Australia, your credit card company will convert the charges into your currency. Orders from outside Australia may incur local taxes or duties which are the customers responsibility. If any goods are out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Terms and Conditions of Sale and Supply of Goods

All Saltbush clothing is Australian designed. All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). International orders are GST exempt.

Every attempt has been made to reproduce the colour of items as accurately as possible. Some slight variations may occur due to photographic or scanning processes or monitor resolution.

Goods will be sent on the next working day after your order and payment are received. If for some reason the item you have chosen is unavailable, you will be notified by e-mail.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with your garment, we will happily refund or exchange it. Please contact us via e-mail at sales@saltbush.com.au or phone. Please return with sales invoice in original condition within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Refunds

If you are not happy with the garment, return it within 7 days of receipt of goods in original condition with tags in their original position for a full refund of the garment price (freight and postage are not refundable).

Exchanges

If you require another size please contact us via e-mail at sales@saltbush.com.au or phone and return your garment in original condition within 7 days of receiving it and we will send another immediately. These will be sent free of postage charge (orders within Australia). Sale items will incur additional postage.

How will my goods be delivered to me?

Orders within Australia will be processed and sent on the next working day after we receive your order and payment via Australia post receipted delivery, so if you work away from home during business hours, it may be a good idea to have your order delivered to your work address or a post office box.

Sorry, but COD is not available. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order.

Order $100 - $300, Pack & post $12.00

Orders over $300, No Charge.

International Charges

Orders will be sent by Australia Post and charged by weight and volume.
